Implementation
Layout mark-up
In order to be able to be extremely efficient and flexible during the installation process, all layouts are marked in such a way that it is easy to identify which sections are functional modules which "unintelligent" sections that can be made to fit at the very last minute when everything else is in place.
System Modules
As EWAB systems are designed as multiples of independent and intelligent modules, it is possible to install individual layout sections without having the whole system built up. This creates maximum flexibility during the installation period as work can be rearranged depending on what actually is delivered and not necessarily according to a predetermined plan.
Interfacing stations
The use of of independent and intelligent modules makes it possible to install and run off any individual operations as soon as it is installed and is ready to test. When the last piece of equipment arrives, a complete system run off can take place within days.
Test-run

EWAB is often responsible for coordinating the on-site installation work in order to make sure that the necessary test runs are successful and completed on time. The main reason for this is that EWAB is the only supplier that has to interface with every other supplier of equipment in the project. This means that the EWAB Team on-site has a very good knowledge of how the project proceeds and that issues can be addressed before they have a negative affect on the time plan.
Training
A very important part of an installation is to make sure the people responsible for running the plant get the appropriate training and documentation. Our experience shows that having plant engineers involved already during pre delivery run off and the installation phase helps, as necessary information is transferred during a longer period of time.
