Reliability and Maintainability
High reliability and easy maintainability has been one of the key design elements in EWABs product development from the very beginning 40 years ago.
The knowledge about the systems limitation is of course critical and this is the main reason why EWAB designs all parts of the system in-house and in particularly the extremely important chain. The long term performance of the chain under many different types of environmental abuse, is directly related to the availability of every system. The Sequra chain is EWABs latest improvement in this field and one of the key reasons we can guarantee an outstanding availability.
In 1985 we set up an extensive test laboratory where every part of the system is tested. Every new component is field tested in real applications before it is released. Through free service visits, our own engineers constantly monitors the performance of our systems in a real working environment and report back status and deviations.
As a consequence we are able to identify, calculate, predict and prove outstanding R&M data for applications in almost any environment. This also gives us the possibility to accurately make a Life Cycle Cost calculation.
