Pallet/Carrier verification

One of the most important tollgates in a project is the verification of the pallet/carrier as this is the only common denominator in the project. The shape and design becomes the key element around which all co-suppliers has to adapt their equipment and the pallet/carrier design usually has to go through many different design reviews before it can be finalised. Unless all parties involved has signed off and accepted the pallet/carrier design there will be trouble later on.

System Modules

For a number of reasons it is often not physically possible to make complete pre-delivery run offs but it is still absolutely necessary to make sure that all equipment is test run and signed off before it is delivered. With the help of EWAB modularity it becomes possible to run-off sections prior to delivery which means that there is a minimum of adjustments necessary on the installation site.

Controls verification

Controls verification is even more critical due to the fact that the equipment which is needs to interface is seldom available. With modularity through distributed intelligence, the control concept can be verified without having access to the complete system.
