We provide flexible connections for seamless transitions between conveyors and industrial washing machines. This type of machine is used to wash, rinse, and dry parts placed directly on pallets.
Parts are carried by a conveyor, throughout the various treatment stages within the washer.
Connections
There are various ways to connect a conveyor to a machine. A common method is transferring the carrier onto a chain powered by the washing machine.
Alternatively, the EWAB Sequra chain can run directly into the machine, depending on the process, machine type, and supplier requirements.
Inside the operation
The parts are treated by spraying a hot degreasing solution through several rows of nozzles.
This allows the detergent solution to reach the entire surface of the part. The rinse zone removes the detergent solution. Finally the parts pass to the blowing and drying area, where hot air convection is used to eliminate all surface water and remaining moisture from them.

The workpiece carrier is equipped with stainless steel rails on the sides to ensure safe transport through the washing machine.
