EWAB in Visual Components

Design your concept ideas with a pallet conveyor system to efficiently transport parts between operations. Visualise the layout before starting your new investment project.

Pallet conveyors now in Visual Components

At EWAB, we support your automation project from initial concept ideas to implementation on site. However, we understand that many of you prefer to design your own production lines and digital twins in an early stage of your project.

That’s why we’re introducing our PS800 conveyor system in the Visual Components library. Connect the machines and start creating your layout, and we’ll enhance it with our expertise to design the optimal solution for your needs.

Don´t waste your time, explore – test – optimize!

How to use EWAB conveyors in Visual Components

  • Import all necessary parts required for building the conveyor system from the Visual Component Library.

  • Select the Modular Stand and adjust all parameters according to your specific requirements.

  • Select all line components, such as curves, gates, or single tracks, and set the desired conveyor speed.

  • Connect the line parts to the Modular Stand and build up your conveyor system.

  • If needed, create copies of components to maintain consistent conveyor speed settings across the entire line.

  • In the Feeder process, make sure that the “To Component Container” option is selected in the Destination field.
