EWAB carrier for large parts
This CS900 carrier can handle engines and other large parts for the manufacturing industry.
In order to distribute weight we use steel rollers on the side track for our CS900 carriers.
It is used in both assembly and manufacturing. It has a very wide area of usage.

By using a motor-driven chain (EWAB sequra), the pallet is transported forward through a carefully calculated friction.
It has a very high load capacity due to 4 ball bearing support rollers, the support rollers run on 2 lateral steel rails.
Buffer brake function and weights up to 400 kg.
This interlinking system is used in many production plants and ensures reliability even in the harshest of environments.
Takt-times are in usually in the range of 10-15 sec and up to minutes.
When using an EWAB solution you will get exact position and orientation of the workpiece.
This makes it easy for your robots or gantries to load the machines, or perform SPC control, laser marking and other operations.
The smart conveyor with it´s sensors, stops, circulation and buffer, make it a precise and fast transport with a high throughput of parts.
